- What is Canva and what's the cost?
Canva is an incredible online design tool that was made for those who don't have an extensive design experience but still want beautiful content. Canva offers a FREE version and a paid version (pro-plan @ $12.95 per month, but a FREE 30-day Trial). Some of the designs use fonts that are only available on the pro-plan, but you can always swap those out for free fonts or get the 30-day free pro plan trial!
- Will you be adding in more templates?
YES! We are always updating and adding new logo designs and you will have lifetime access to all of it. As your business expands and you create new offers you will be able to give them a beautiful brand identity too!
- Once I purchase, how do I get started?
After you complete checkout, you will immediately receive a link via email that will give you access to Brand Identity Breakthrough where you will find all the templates, videos, worksheets and bonuses!
- Do I need to purchase the fonts I choose?
Some of the fonts are free through Canva, however some are considered a premium font which would require you to buy a license so that you can use it throughout your marketing, content and website. We have provided some easy links to getting the license for fonts!
- What is the refund policy?
Due to the nature of it being a digital product & getting immediate access to the product and templates, once you have logged in & accessed the content - there are no refunds. You are purchasing a DIY Logo Creation product - you will not be getting a personal designer or Nikki designing for you.
